Very convenient location in Akihabara that's comfortable to stay at for about 4 people at most.

Convenient location in Akihabara very close to many shops and the train. The rooms were large enough and the beds were comfortable. The bath was very nice as well.

It was a bit cramped with our initial 6 for a week, but with just the 4 of us staying later it was comfortable enough.

Perfect family stay

Travelling with my family to Tokyo for the first time, I went off the reviews for this location. Having stayed for business many times this location exceeded our expectations size wise. Great location close to stations, perfect for a family of four with two teenagers, if you are happy to share a room. Washing facilities and small kitchenette. Supermarket and great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Pleasant

Location, 5 mins walk from station and central area. Lots of local eateries. Good size family room.

The mattress was quite hard and the pillows were tiny so had to ask for more.

Excellent new hotel with very spacious rooms and an easy 5-minute walk to Akihabara

Excellent new hotel with very spacious rooms (especially for Tokyo) and an easy 5-minute walk to Akihabara station and shops. Easy connection to Tokyo station to get to the airport or any of the Shinkansen lines. I would definitely stay here again. Lawsons and other convenience stores were close by.

The street that it was on was quite but there were many restaurants available in less than a 5 minute walk and all of Akihabara department stores, restaurants and main street within a 10 minute walk.

Después de checkout Tuvimos que esperar unos 40 minutos en la banca de la recepción esperando que el taxi hacia el aeropuerto porque se retrasó. La persona en recepción nos hizo ver que no le gustaba esta situación. Ni siquiera nos dejó cargar el teléfono móvil en el contacto de la pared. Era claro que no quería que estuviéramos ahí esperando.

Familiar en Akihabara

Nuestra habitación era para 5 personas. dos camas, un sofá cama y dos futones. No gustó mucho la experiencia. Habitación con cocina y zona de comedor muy espaciosa. La ubicación muy buena cerca de la estación de Akihabara, con lo que pudimos movernos a los otros destinos de Tokyo. Y también nos vino bien tenerlo en este barrio para las compras. Lavadora en el aseo de la habitación. Recomendable para viajes en Agosto.

Fantástico

Habitación muy amplia, éramos 5 y sobraba espacio. Baño grande con lavadora secadora. Cocina completa y muchos servicios en un sitio muy céntrico. Enchufes de sobra incluso USB, Buen servicio (arreglaron una bombilla que no iba en unos minutos)

Todo fabuloso, nos cuesta encontrar cosas que mejorar. Por poner un pero, las contraseñas de entrada hasta el ascensor son largas,

Staff nada profesional

Ubicación en una calle tranquila y muy cerca de JR Akihabara y metro privado. Hay cerca un pequeño supermercado y varias combini y una calle de pequeños bares animados por la noche. Apartamento grande, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia, muy bien aislado, climatizado e insonorizado. Estaba muy limpio. Camas grandes. A mí me resultaron duras, pero puse el edredón extra debajo. Las almohadas muy pequeñas e incómodas: nuevamente lo solucioné cogiendo las almohadas de las literas (ya que somos 2 personas y quedaban libres).

NO LIMPIAN NI HACEN CAMAS, NI CAMBIAN SÁBANAS NI TOALLAS: sólo cada tres días. Cuidado con esto. El staff. Apenas hablan inglés y tiran de traductor automático. No se toman la molestia de explicarte nada de la zona ni del apartamento. El check-in es tarde e incómodo: te hacen hacerlo tú mismo en una pantalla táctil en inglés pero con opciones en japonés, por lo que nuevamente has de decirle al INOPERANTE Y POCO PROFESIONAL personal de recepción que te ayude (no sale de ellos ayudar por sí mismos). NADA del apartamento está en inglés: ni siquiera las instrucciones o botones del aire acondicionado o de la televisión. El personal es bastante inepto: la primera persona que nos atendió fingió hacernos el check-in, pero como hasta las 15:00 no estaba lista la habitación, dejamos las maletas y volvimos a esa hora. Esa chica dejó nuestras maletas toda la mañana a la vista sin guardarlas en el guardamaletas, ¡podría haberlas robado cualquiera! Y no hizo nada del check-in: tuvimos que hacerlo con la nueva compañera otra vez. El siguiente miembro del personal no tenía ni idea de inglés y era poco profesional: le pedimos que nos ayudara con la lavadora (todo en japonés: instrucciones, botones...). No sabía. Prometió buscar las instrucciones en inglés y llevarlas a nuestra habitación por la tarde. No lo hizo. Tuvimos que pedírselas en recepción a otra compañera. Este edificio está pensado sólo como apartamentos para japoneses: aún no están preparados para ser alojamiento hotelero para extranjeros, y el personal es poco profesional.

alojamiento cerca metro, muy limpio y confortable para una familia. facilitan muchas toallas y limpieza frecuente

las camas litera tiene un colchón muy delgado y poco cómodo. Las literas para adultos no es la mejor opción. En otros alojamientos nos habían facilitado unos cafés y lo encontré a faltar. sería bueno instrucciones en inglés de la lavadora y resto de electrodomésticos

Bien para japoneses.

Limpieza inicial, localización, tamaño del apartamento, insonorización

No tiene armarios. Sólo 2 cajones y una pequeña barra que obstaculiza el paso a la cama (distribución del espacio mal optimizada). No limpiaron, hicieron camas ni cambiaron sábanas en los 3 días que estuvimos. El staff se dejó nuestras maletas en recepción y a la vista hasta la tarde. El staff no habla casi inglés, no te explica nada, poco resolutivo, nada profesional. La plancha de ropa no hace nada. Toda la información en inglés. Engorroso sistema de check-in
